but, wanted to share recent conversation with jw family member.. one of my jw relatives recently went to visit another jw relative that is "serving where the need is great",.
when my jw relative returned home and i was talking with him, who is an older jw who has been in for over 50 years, was so excited to tell me about the special talk.
LOL EndofMysteries. When I was elder serving in another state I was home for a visit, so talking
with my brother who was the treasurer of his Church I was bragging about my duties in the congregation.
One of my duties was taking care of the funds in the congregation. He told me what the
church had in its saving account and what they take in each Sunday. omg..Hell they gave out
more in charities in a year than all the KH in our circuit had in their saving account.

Anyone remember what was said or written about the Catholic Church and its wealth by JW's?
They can flip the switch in a second, one minute they speak how they(C. church) are receiving their reward
here on earth with their greed, but when they become wealthy it's a gift from Jehovah.
That organization give me a headache...

however, i haven't found any evidence to support that belief.. have you?
if so please, show me the evidence that god exists, and i will believe along with you.. criteria:.
(1) you must specify which god you are talking about;.
God said he exists, also Satan a hell of a ventriloquist I must say...He(God) told people to write about
his loving qualities. It get a bit confusing with some of the writers of the Bible, at time he is a raving maniac
and other times, well he's a raving maniac. If you read the bible you hope he doesn't exists.
Of course I'm speaking about the God of the bible, green, blue, black or red bible it doesn't matter.

I see , good points. I never thought about it but I assumed there were two or maybe
three guards, but Matt;28 says that some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priest.

You had a front row seat to the most important and impressive miracle of all time, but you don't however start worshiping
the obvious God- Man. And then there's another quake where all these dead saints are walking around in the city.
So you see all this and what do you do, run to the priest that sent you and tell them everything that happen.

i even hate to use that word worldly tm.. any way i'm probably the worst.. 1 when the jw s come to my door i say i'm not interested .
2 i have gone to many churches and volunteered.. 3 i shredded all my jw books and magazines out in the woods.. 4 had the mormon elders over and studied with them.. 5 tried pot (its legal here).
6 open carry my fire arm every where (legal here also).

It s hard for non-JW's to understand that, you are told how to act in the marriage bed.
Oh Boy I wish, oh how I wish some JW tell me my life style is not approved by the GB.

I became a Freemason , sing in the Church choir, gave blood and sing the National Anthem.
Holy smoke I went full blown "Worldly". No Paradise for me.
i am sorry that on my first post i am asking for help and advice but i am at my wits end.
i have been brought up a witness all my life and it is all i know.
i am an ex-elder and pioneer and i don't know anybody outside of the congregation.. i have been unhappy for so long and wanted to leave.
What a tough mob. In a way it may be good thing for S & L.
Who remember the movie "Good Morning Viet Nam" when R. William was speaking to
the guys in a convoy heading up north. He was asking their names and where they lived
in the states. They looked so young and so afraid, no idea what was ahead. He told them be careful
out there, what could be worst than that.
